I am an advocate for health and wellness. I feel our health care industry has put too much emphasis on treatment of disease and to really live a long and quality life we need to bring to our consciousness more about what to do to stay healthy. Wellness is a state consisting of three things, mind, body and spirit. You cannot be well in one or two and truly be at that point of Wellness you have to have it all. It means taking care of the body by eating nutritious food, supplementing with natural products, drink adequate water, and sufficient sleep to re-generate the body. Exercise must be a normal part of your everyday life...getting at least 30 minutes a day. Find an activity that allows you to purge the stress in your life such as meditation or yoga. And lastly connect with your Higher power.
